New version of Telenav?

I've been using telenav on my 9000 for a couple months. I went to their site (www.telenav.com) today and noticed that on their presentation, the map looked slightly different from mine (more colorful) and also there was a compass direction noted on the map which mine does not have. I deleted and re-downloaded the application and got the same stuff... is there a new version or am I missing something?

Last I checked, the version from the content catalog for the 9000 is 3.9.21. What version do you have? Most other phones have version 3.9.16. Not sure why they don't post 3.9.21 for all to use. Again, if there is a newer version, I have not seen or used it yet...

How do I find out what version I have? The Sprint website says it's 1.0

I just called their technical support. At least it was in America, but their knowledge of the application was bordering on zero. The first person actually hung up on me when I asked why the Sanyo 9000 version wasn't up-to-date. It's a great app for what it does, but they advertise for more. For now, I'll switch to Garmin (when's their next version coming out? It looked great!)

One tech support person told me to start the compass application, wait a few minutes, then was suprised when it didn't "appear" in the map application.

i have 3.9.16. i didnt notice it before, but if i goto location tools, there is a compass. i will have to try that out. i havent seen any new versions either

The version on the telenav.com presentation is the 3.6 for Nextel phones.

All 9's used to work but then I switched to all 5's. But now that doesn't work either. Any help here would be appreciated greatly. I've tried signing up on telenav.com site but I get a text'd a link but the link don't work on my phone. Dont' know what I'm doing wrong? Anyone got a working number and pin for me?

all 5's worked for me yesterday, but you see where everyone that used 5's has been. I used my number and had a pin from awhile ago that worked for me.

Does anyone know how to get the new 650 version, if I have the 700p? (I pay for their service, etc etc). Can't use OTA because their download site doesn't recognize the device.

since they have a 30 day free trial, call telenav and have them manually sign up for an account with your number or a fake number but keep it relevant to your own personal number by the area code and prefix. then just cancel it after 30 days and continue to use the cracked version with the log in. the number and pin still worked after calling in and canceling it.

yea maybe if you guys are all using common #'s they probably ban the # .... im using a real phone # ... not my sprint # tho and it works great for me.

I called telenav and made the mistake of telling them I had the fusic. The girl refused to set up an account for me because the phone is unsupported. I guess I'll have to call back and try with a model they cover.

if you are asking in an open forum how you can get an illegal copy of an application, nobody is going to answer you...not too smooth...try searching the forums and you'll be able to figure it out...
