Ive got a co-worker who just got the Fusic and she was complaining about missing calls when she was listening to sirius radio on her phone.
When she called sprint they said that they have had power vision phones that are capable of still getting calls while using PV features. Is that true or is she just going to have to get used to missing calls if she is using PV features?

Same with the A920, I can get calls while on the net but only if i'm in a PV area.

In ##DEBUG# menu, (need MSL to get in), there is an option for DDTM (or something similar). Turn this OFF and calls will come through most of the time.
Note that it resets to ON every time you restart the phone. Still wondering why that is.

Strange. I thought early in the first Fusic thread someone said DDTM defaulted to on and they got their calls. They were talking about the web browser, not streaming media. Could their be a difference between them? I'd be fine as long as calls came through while web browsing.

Well, either way the option is there. Pretty sure it needs to be off to get calls.
To tell you the truth, with Sprint in my area, its a crapshoot get incoming calls at all, even if you have full signal and the phone is idle, no matter what phone you have. The only sure way to get an incoming call around here is to be on another call at that time, it ill come through as call waiting always.

:irked: So, I just got a Tech Support employee to give me my MSL. After he sat there and told me that it wasn't going to work, it wasn't possible, I sat on the phone with him and proceeded to make it work. :indiff:
Go figure!

A media stream is constantly using the data network. Web browsing is brief use of data network, and then no activity; the user is reading at this time. Chances are, this is the time when phones come through.
I played with ddtm turned off for a while, but the quality of the phone calls tanked, and I would get super-delayed voice mail notifications. YMMV....

So far it has worked wonders for me! My VM isn't delayed at all, and I am actually getting calls when I'm listening to Sirius Radio!

Yeah, it works. I just hate how it needs to be turned off each time you restart the phone.
