i awile ago I bought a ringer via a text message thing... now when I try to listen to it it says i need a handler, and when i click on the link to get one it takes me to the wall paper page (p.s. I have an LG PM325)

Thats because your phone doesn't support that format. There is no handler or plugins to download. You just have to find you correct format
