What would be the price of a freshley refurbed 6700 be? or rather what would one be expecting to pay? this is with all accessories and extra stylus and side mount case.

I would think so. Just scanning ebay quickly...most of the auctions ending are doing so around the $400 mark plus shipping. So, yes...$340 shipping included sounds like a great deal.
