I have a Family Share plan with three lines. Is it possible to deactivate one of the phones (yet keeping the line intact) and just have a line with no phone activated on it?

You would have to have another ESN(handset) to put on the line to hold it there.

I'm just curious, why would you want to do that? If you don't need the line, you don't have to use it.

The probably want to use the phone on another line somewhere.
