Ok, I logged into my account on Sprint's website tonight, and its showing my total due as $77.73 instead of the approximately $49.19 (before taxes) that it should be. My newest bill is not yet online though :(
When do they apply the credits that e-care promised me? I'm fairly sure I still have all the emails from them saying what I am supposed to be getting. And if I don't get them at all, am I better off contacting e-care or *2? Plus, it looks like I only got a part month of Vision free, not a full month like I was promised.

Sounds like you didn't get the credits you where suppose too. Credits show instantly on the online account managment screen. I'd reply to the emails they sent you and see what they say. Ask them why it hasn't been done. Also have you made sure they didn't mess your account up and change something on it to up the price?

I would say wait and see what the bill actually looks like. *2 won't credit you something you haven't been billed for.

well, the amount shown for my current balance, is about right for what its supposed to be before all credits and discounts are taken off, but after tax has been added :(

just replied to my emails, damn there were to many of them.

ok, got my bill. i supposedly bought a ringtone, yet there is not one in my content manager, plus i have a $9.99 charge for a premium message, but i don't remember that. i sent an email asking for help with these, since i did not buy a single ringtone from sprint (none i like) and i'm not sure how i could have been charged $9.99 for a premium message when i don't remember using that at all.

42222 is Blinko, a ringtone company. Seems like somehow you got subscribed to them?

If you got this by text, text to the code 42222 and put "stop" in the message. You may have to do this a few times, as these people are intent on keeping you.

These people are tricky. Always read COMPLETELY anything you download or reply to. Even a free screensaver. Think about this. When you download a free screensaver from 3Gforfree.com, you are warned that this may have something you are downloading at your own risk. When you download with a warning, you take more risks than you think.

Spints $2.50 ringers and screensavers are pure unless otherwise stated.
