i just ordered a treo 7oo from retentions. does anyone know whats the phone number to get a tracking number and the status of the order

Errrr. That's not good to hear. I have to call in tomorrow to get my tracking info sorted out.

I think I held for like 15 mins. And that was at like 7pm, so maybe the time of day matters. Good luck.

I got mine overnight...I ordered at about 12pm, and got it around 3pm the next day.

And yes, you will be on hold a long time...I was on for a good 15-20 mins.

just be careful about reording if you can't get the trackign number. retention twice said: "can't find the tracking number, we will reorder." I got three.

Retention ordered me a Treo 650 late Wednesday 06/07. I got it today (Friday). They usually ship UPS NextDay Air. By the time you get someone to find the tracking number, you should have it already.

I got a tracking number today simply by calling regular CS. However, it has yet to show up on UPS's site. It's the slowdown of Friday's, I assume, since it went to UPS today.
