On my wifes phone when you try to dial any number out you get a message that says you need to 1st dial an area code. I also am unable to call her phone...I get a message that says the number or code is incorrect. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Dial an area code...i always dial that first any ways... Nino

Found out the problem....somebody got into my account and canceled service for that phone.
