I just called in and "supposebly" got my plan switched over to the SERO account and I'm a current Sprint customer with little over a year left in the plan..... not only that, I was in a family plan. She told me that it was gonna start up at midnight, Both of my lines were on the 500 min/$30 plan, and that I was getting all the included amminities. But when I called back about 10 mins after I got off the phone to see what kind of plan I had, the rep told me I had a fair and flexible plan still. Then I asked her if there's any notice that it was going to be switched over at midnight she said not that she can see.......

I had the lady repeat to me 3 times that she was switching me to the SERO plan and tell me what was offered in it. Well she did say it would switch over at 12:00 tonight, but wouldn't it show something saying that it was gonna change over? Wouldnt there be some kind of note? Or am I just being impatient?

the sero plans shows up as a fair and flex plan on your bill. it doesnt say "SERO" or anything like that on the bill... maybe thats why it says fair and flex in the system.

Well, the SERO plan shows up as a Fair and Flexible plan on my bill, so the 2nd person you talked to might just be clueless. I'd ask how many minutes it is showing, as well as the monthly charge.

I asked and she said it was still the shared plan. The one for 70 a month that me and my GF were on.... She didn't say anything about the 2 500min plans for 30 bucks. Do you think that the first CSR could have just said she did it, but not really.

well I got my SERO Plan. Turns out the first lady didn't do it like she said she would. But I ended up getting another lady that took care of it right on the spot for me.... took like 20+ call backs but seems to be worth it so far.... Now time to hit up retentions and business accounts.

This is very typical of sprint reps....ive been promised a lot of stuff that was never done.

you get your good reps, and you get your bad reps..

but you'll know if you have a knowledgable rep who is willing to help you within the first five minutes of your call..
