turning off the "test message sent" alert on PPC?

does anyone know how to disable this..i find it highly annoying for as much as i text. jsut a small thing...and really the only issue ive had with this phone yet. thanks

There is a registry hack for this, although I don't know what it is. I use Tweak2k and it gets rid of this, it is well worth the few bucks it costs for all of the tips and tweaks it contains and does for you.

Here it is:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\SMS
change “delivery ack” from 1 to 0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Inbox
click on “Inbox” then Edit, new key. Name the new key “Settings”
Click on “Settings” and then edit, new string value. Value Name should be “SMSNoSentMsg”, Value Data should be “1″.

Also, I second rennyn, Tweaks2k2 is a great program.
