$129.99 no rebates, with free 2 day shipping from online retailers.. But still not a bad deal at Fry's if you want one TODAY.

Well, if Fry's is selling them for $150 without a 2 year agreement that's hard to beat. My site has 'em for $79.99 with agreement, but can't advertise it here.

If your location is correct, Fry's is only as far away as Indianapolis.

I was at the Frys in Indianapolis yesterday. They didnt have one. I was specifically looking for that phone too. I found one at a Radioshack though. 379.99 unactivated, 229.99 with 2 yr. agreement.

I already knew that, but I wanted tel0004 to know that Fry's is only a couple hours away for their other great deals. About 3 weeks ago, I called and they said they had no more and the model was discontinued. (I was looking to get one for my wife, who finally decided that she wanted to change to a flip-style phone.)
I got my MM9000 at Fry's when they still had a bunch left on the shelf and more available in the warehouse. (a couple months ago) I passed on a Radio Shack at Lebanon that had an MM9000 at their "bargain" price.

Thanks for the heads up. It would have to be a decent deal for me to drive 6 hours roundtrip though. Now, if they have any great deals on an A900. . . :frustrate Im not upset, I just love that smiley!

I'll take the opportunity to rankle our resident greedbayers by saying that if they hadn't glommed them all up for their personal monopolies, you'd be able to make that trip to Indy and I would have been able to get one for my wife.

:good:
I may have a total of between 4-10 Sanyo 9000's that I'm waiting on my local Fry's to get shipped from their main office or other stores. I'll be keeping a couple for myself and friends. The others will be getting sold for what I paid for them, the original $150.00 and whatever shipping is to where you're at. I'll have more news on them today as soon as I get a call back from Fry's.

LOL did you just go into the store and drop $1500 on phones??!?

:tu: lol, well not yet anyways. It's complicated. Fry's Electronics isn't really nationwide. They have their vendors drop ship merchandise to their "home" location in California. That home location then divides it's merchandise out between it's stores. So they are tracking down all remaining Sanyo 9000's for me to have them shipped from here to there and so on to get them to the Fry's by me. It's a pain in the butt, but it's worth it. Speaking of which, I'm going to give them a call and see how it's coming. :)

Anyone have a new or gently used 9000 phone for sale without trying to make a huge profit off of me?

I went to the Frys in Fishers, Indiana on 6-8 and asked if they had any. The employee looked it up in the computer and they had none. The price did show up as $150. A few stores showed an inventory of 1, so I wrote down the numbers, went on the website, and called them. The only store that had one was Concord,Ca. Frys wouldnt ship it to my local store, nor ship it to me. They only ship to stores that they have trucks going to. So I ended up going to a closeout RS and got one for 40% off of the 249.99, making it $210! I love this phone too.

Sorry, a little off topic but is there a website where you can see all the closeout RS's?

go to radioshack.com and search for locations and it will say which RS are closing
