i just switched back to the treo and i had insurance on my old phone, now that i have switched back will my insurance automatically switch with it. I forgot to ask the rep will she was on the phone. And i just hate to call sprint to find out. So tell me what do you think? :D

yes whatever phone is active on your account is what is insured

which i dont see why they do that. i mean you could insure your phone, activate your friends broken phone, get a new one, activate your old one. So your friend gets a 50 dollar phone.

its not really ripping off anyone, you do have to pay that $55 charge. and im sure they will look into account if you tried this...maybe not though
