I have used it. It's very sweet.

There is a slight performance hit with it but it's barely noticeable and a huge improvement over 6 months ago. I'd give it a shot. Fun to play with and if you don't like it, it uninstalls easlily.

Did you install Wisbar Advance 2 first!

I'm 99% sure that the keyboard skin will only work on/for Resco Keyboard PRO (http://www.resco.net/pocketpc/keyboard/) e.g. you can't skin your regular keyboard.

Working from memory here:

So install one of both apps (I've never used Desktop).

Download that "skin" file. You'll want to extract those files to some temp directory on your computer, the file structure should still be there! e.g. there should be some sub-folders, not just a huge mash of files.

You'll want to then, through ActiveSync/Exlporer, copy all those directories over into /Program Files/WA2/Skins (I think there is a folder called skins). Just find the other default skins and try to make your file structure look like that...

Then, open up WA2, select the skin and you have to make sure that WA2 is "enabled" otherwise NOTHING will happen!

I mean, when you instlal WA2, does it change anything? because it should go to the default WA skin and look completely different. If nothing happens, then you have to make sure the program is ON.

I only have WA2 installed, didn't like WAD.

When you are ready to copy the files over it is:

Program Files/Lakeridge/WisBar Advance/Themes

And you do need Resco for the keyboard skin. :)

Sorry for being a little slow on the uptake here, but how to you "run" the install file (CAB file?) for this? I have the stuff on my ppc, but can run or install it...

Nevermind, I am a retard... I was unzipping the file on my notebook and installing the individual files... Whoops. Chalk this up to a learning experience.
