alright, so I lost my Treo 650 this weekend :mad: and I called to cancel my service and switch back to my PM-325 until the 700 comes out.
The person on the phone told me that there will be a new treo coming out (as well as a new Blackberry) on May 28 (sunday). So I go ok, sweet. and hung up .. and smacking myself in the face going WHAT MODEL! so I call back and get intouch with some tech that goes.. I'm not sure when the model will be released but it's being called the Treo 700E and I'm pretty sure it's the Windows based modem. I'll transfer you to telesales and they'll be able to help you out some more..
I've never even hurd of an E model. I'm thinking this is bogus but has anyone else heard of this? I tried to get them to tell me yesterday when it would be released but their systems were down and when I called back today they were like "huh?"

wow, windows based treo 700e. wow.
she was maybe crossing two phones that aren't out on sprint yet, the treo 700w which IS windows powered and will come out July-August, and then the Crackberry 7130e which will come out the 28th of this month (as will the Palm OS-based Treo 700p and the Fusic LG phone.)

E = Email only. It's a blackberry in treo clothing!
