Embarq will be launched tonight at 11 pm. Finally the local phone part will be on it's own. There are a few Emabrq stores already open.

The employees received a t-shirt, hoddie and hat yesterday with the new Embarq logo. Love the color. They messed up the logo on the t-shirt though real bad.

I'm kinda ticked...my local Sprint (#) wireless store is being turned into an Embarq store. So now I will have to drive 20 minutes to the closest wireless store. :td:

Yea, I live out here in Vegas and all I've been seeing are those Embarq vans everywhere across town. They're workin hard. Nice to see Sprint let go of their landline services; puts more attention on our wireless needs. ;)

It was the landline that kept the PCS going (money). I believe the landline is relieved not to be carrying the PCS.
